Authorities in Acadia Parish are asking the public assistance in locating 30 year old John Blake Jacobs of Church Point.According to Acadia Parish Sheriff Wayne Melancon, Jacobs is wanted in connection with the simple burglary of an outer building located in the 2500 block of Brigman Hwy near Church Point which was reported on March 9^th.A warrant of arrest was issued for Jacobs whose last known address was listed as the 2700 block of Cherry Road, Church Point.Anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to call Detective Chad Gibson at 337-788-8772.
