An advisory has been issued for motorists on Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Lafayette police will have intermittent lane closures near the intersection of West Bayou Parkway at the intersection of Doucet road, while crews take measurements regarding a recent fatality investigation.

Drivers should avoid this area. The closure should last no more than an hour.
