Today a warrant for Holly Noelle Reed, 34, of Welsh, was obtained for the charges of theft, possession of stolen things and obstruction of justice.

She was arrested by Jeff Davis Parish deputies on the warrant  at a residence on Sheridan street in Jennings. During the interview with Reed, detectives discovered Reed had an accomplice.

She implicated her boyfriend, Chad Heath Kendall, 45, of Welsh as the person who provided the stolen items to her.

Kendall, a convicted felon was arrested today by detectives. During the arrest a knife was found on Kendall, so he was charged with theft, obstruction of justice, and carrying an illegal weapon as well.

Both Kendall and Reed are held in the parish jail with no bond.
