SCOTT, La. (KLFY) A search will be conducted Sunday in Scott for missing teen Daisy Lynn Landry.

As part of an on-going effort by Acadian Search and Rescue, a group of volunteers will meet in the 3900 block of Landry Road, at 9am, to comb the area in search of any clues that may lead to Landry’s discovery.

The teen, who has been missing since May 2017, was last seen walking near the Target store on Ambassador Caffery Parkway and Kaliste Saloom Road.

Foot searchers and K9 teams are in need so anyone who would like to volunteer should show up on site, organizers announced.

Officials say the terrain will be muddy and therefore rubber boots are recommended.
