A Breaux Bridge woman was arrested in connection to the death of Simone Robin.
Brittni Courville was arrested and charged with illegally supplying a felon with a firearm.
Deputies learned that Courville bought a gun for Brandon Boutte, a convicted felon, several weeks before Robin’s murder.
Robin was shot and killed on June 7 in a trailer that was subsequently set on fire on June 9.
Her body was found wrapped in a blanket on June 9 about 3.5 miles south of the Levee Landing in St. Landry Parish.
Brandon Boutte was arrested on June 12 on one count of second-degree murder and one count of obstruction of justice.
Toby Boutte was also arrested on June 12 on one count of accessory after the fact of second-degree murder.
On the same day, Donald Boutte was arrested on a count of obstruction of justice and one count of accessory after the fact of second-degree murder.
Deputies say no other charges related to the homicide are pending for Courville.
