LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)- One person was injured after a shooting in Lafayette Monday night, which may be linked to a murder in Grand Coteau earlier this month, police said. 

 

The Monday night occurred in the 1500 block of Louisiana Avenue. Lafayette police officials say no arrests have been made, but warrants have been issued for two people. 

 

Both may be linked to the shooting death of Keaven Breaux, 29, at his Grand Coteau home on March 8, 2019, Grand Coteau police said. 

They have been identified as Brandon Savoy and Shantianna Pierre. 

 

 Both suspects are wanted on warrants for first degree murder, police said.
