UPDATE: Journal Robert Kelly who was wanted by the Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s office on multiple charges, has been arrested.
Kelly had been a wanted fugitive since July 2021 based on a bond that was revoked by the courts.
He was located at an apartment complex in Abbeville and taken into custody, authorities said, then booked into the Vermilion Parish Correctional Center without bond.
VERMILION PARISH, La. (KLFY) The Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office says there is an active search for a 20-year-old man.
Detectives say Journal Robert Kelly is currently out of jail on a bond that has since been revoked by the court.
Kelly is 5’11 and weighs 200 pounds.
