DENHAM SPRINGS, LA (WAFB) – A husband and wife accused of producing pornography involving juveniles and bestiality are set to be arraigned Wednesday morning.

According to officials with the 21st Judicial District Court, Nina and Minton Morris are scheduled to be in court at 9 a.m. to enter their pleas.

The couple was arrested in September 2015 after deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office said they conducted an undercover online child pornography investigation. Louisiana State Police and the Office of the Louisiana Attorney General were part of the investigation.

Officials said agents discovered evidence that the pornography was being produced at the couple’s Livingston Parish home. They claimed they also found 30 grams of marijuana and other narcotics, as well as four images of child pornography.

Minton Morris is charged with possession of child pornography (4 counts), distribution of child pornography, principal to crimes against nature (250 counts), possession of drugs (schedule I, II, III, IV and V) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nina Morris is charged with principal to crimes against nature (250 counts), possession of drugs (schedule I, II, III, IV and V) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The couple was originally issued a combined bond that exceeded $12 million. However, Judge M. Douglas Hughes approved a bond reduction and they were released in October 2015 after posting a combined bond of $85,000.
