MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — In the wake of the deadly tornadoes earlier this week, broadcasters across the state are pitching in to show we’re Together for Alabama.

News 5 is doing its part by teaming up with the American Red Cross for a disaster relief telethon.

Phone lines are open Wednesday until 7:00 p.m. Call (251) 662-3047 to make a donation.

All funds raised during the telethon will go toward disaster relief and recovery efforts across the south.
